War with Iran; War with America? (Target Tucker)

Tucker Carlson says that the CIA has been surveilling him to drum up a case against the podcaster for talking to Iranians before the war. The agency was apparently reading his text messages. It was spying on him, illegally, as Edward Snowden, now a fugitive living abroad, warned us the Deep State was doing. The idea of a criminal referral to the Department of Justice would be that Tucker is an unregistered “foreign agent.”

The case is ludicrous, as Carlson notes, because he is a journalist, has no secrets to divulge, and accepted no money from a foreign government. As well, this country is heavily under the influence of actual foreign agents paid by AIPAC, which should be registered as a foreign agent.Pat Buchanan once called Capitol Hill “Israeli occupied territory” for a reason. It is becoming quite clear that President Donald Trump is being manipulated, blackmailed, and led by the nose by the Israel Lobby for the sake of the Netanyahu government. That’s why “we” are now at war with Iran. The administration and its red-state allies have also launched a campaign against “anti-Semitism,” a clear attempt to squelch criticism of Israel.

Again, as Carlson notes, we have seen this before, not only with Snowden but also with Julian Assange. What’s more, Deep State whistleblowers like John Kiriakou have, despite whistleblower protections, landed in prison. A former CIA official, Kiriakou blew the whistle on the agency’s torture program and paid for that with a prison term. Carlson further stated that the National Security Agency had earlier targeted his electronic communications. The Deep State was attempting to block his interview with Vladimir Putin, which eventually did take place, but only after several attempts. Carlson lost his job at the Zionist mouthpiece Fox News because of his criticisms of U.S. policy. And he has noted from time to time that he does not own a personal computer. He doesn’t want Deep State hackers to plant, say, child porn on it to discredit him.

Apparently, MAGA is OK with this. It is also OK with the Federal Communications Commission chief Brendan Carr’s warning the media about what War Secretary Pete Hegseth is calling “unpatriotic” coverage of the war with Iran — meaning actual reporting on the war. That’s apart from criticism of the Trump administration’s belligerent policies.

The point of all of this, of course, is exactly what the point of Trump’s opponents was when they attempted to skew news coverage of the Orange Man and suppress stories that cast a Democratic administration in a bad light: control the narrative by frightening critics of administration policies. The Democrats called Trump “Hitler” and a “Nazi.” Now the Ziocons are doing the same to their opponents. The administration is itself a foreign agent, suppressing free speech and attacking the very rights many MAGA voters pretended to support when the shoe was on the other foot. Problem is, the shoe fits both sides equally, as neither side is especially concerned with the traditional rights Americans like to brag about. You know, people with those “Don’t Tread on Me” Gadsden flag bumper stickers, and ludicrous claims made back in the day by the execrable President George W. Bush. “They hate us because of our freedom,” he said. Freedom? A war with Iran is becoming a war against America, an attack on our eroding freedoms largely at the behest of a foreign power. If unreflective super patriots and Ziocons are looking for betrayal, they should look in the mirror.

Apart from the purple-haired lunatics inhabiting the fringes of the far left, the neoliberal Democrat and neoconservative Republican worldviews are largely indistinguishable. Ideological differences are a matter of degree when MAGA super patriots think of America as an idea just as much as the “liberals” do, or when Trump and his supporters decry the lack of “freedom” in Iran by pointing out the lack of “LGBTQ” rights or “equality.” I once replied to a query from a reader as to why the U.S. remained in Afghanistan long after Osama bin Ladin was dead and gone. Answer: So Muslim women can get abortions. Messianic compulsions possess both wings of the uniparty. And they believe anything “their guy” tells them and dismiss any claims, however legitimate, made by opponents.

Among “liberals” and “conservatives,” globalism of one variety or another is mainstream now. They really don’t realize they are all playing for the same team. Call it “The Blob,” “The Epstein class,” “The Swamp,” “The Davos Politburo,” or whatever. The differences are in approaches rather than aims. It’s a telling point that Hillary Clinton recently stated that as far as foreign policy, the Clintons’ old friend Donald Trump was much better in his second term. She was referring to relations with NATO and the Ukraine war, but point taken. Under the Biden administration, recall, the reward for information that might lead to the arrest of then Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was raised to $25 million. Trump is the impulsive bull-in-a-china closet who is carrying out an agenda that mostly suits the managerial class as a whole, despite the Kabuki theater clashes between MAGA “conservatives,” who have largely absorbed and internalized statism and sexual revolution, and the “libtards,” who absorbed and internalized them long ago. One of the biggest differences between them seems to be an argument over whether a “trans” child should get a sex change “procedure” with or without parental consent. “Gay marriage” is widely accepted by both faces of the political Janus. Even many Red states show a majority supporting abortion in most cases. “Pro-life” MAGAs are cavalier about human life when it comes to war. Hegseth even said the US military would show “no quarter” and “no mercy” to its enemies. Really? So, the U.S. military is now flying the Black Flag of pirates?

So here we are. GOP Representative Max Miller of Ohio has said that Tucker Carlson should be prosecuted “If he worked with Iran.” Maybe Miller, who has received almost $1 million from the Israel Lobby, is the real “foreign agent.” Trump has characteristically booted Carlson out of his camp. Only Trump decides who and what is “MAGA.” Carlson repeatedly met with Trump in attempts to talk him out of going to war with Iran. Meanwhile, Zionist Trump supporter Laura Loomer posted a statement on X saying she was compiling a list of “conservative influencers” she believes are foreign agents. Loomer, who actually is a traitor, at least to America, said “all of these traitors deserve jail.”

What are “conservatives” trying to conserve? If a foreign power is guiding U.S. policy and that’s AOK with a lot of MAGA people, what does “greatness” mean apart from might makes right? Whether they think this way or not, warmongering super patriots are making war on America.
