The far-left judicial clown show that imperils the lives of Americans continued in California this week with the sentencing of Jashanpreet Singh, the Indian illegal alien who killed three people with his tractor-trailer in October.
Judge Shannon Faherty, of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County, decided Singh’s erasing the lives of three people wasn’t all that bad. Her sentence: Less than five years for three counts of felony vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
Singh is 21. When he’s about 26, he’ll be out, and possibly back on the road again. Despite a detainer by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, sanctuary California might well release him. And if ICE catches him, a far-left judge will likely block his deportation, just as a far-left federal judge recently released a Cuban hijacker held by ICE…
