SCOTUS: Trump Can End CHNV “Migrant” Parole Program Until Lower Court Hears Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has permitted the Trump administration to revoke “parole” for more than 500,000 “migrants.”

The ruling means that the “migrants” imported under the Biden administration’s unlawful CHNV program — meaning Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans — can be deported back home where they belong. President Joe Biden imported them to become Democratic voters under the guise of humanitarian relief.

Today’s ruling marks the second recent victory for Trump before the Court on deportation. Earlier this month, SCOTUS stayed a lower court order that blocked Trump from revoking Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 300,000 Venezuelans.
