Let’s Talk About January 6, Please!

L

Inflation, after being quiescent for decades, is at a 40 year high. Gas prices are ruinously expensive. Biden passed up an early chance to negotiate an honorable peace in Ukraine, and, as a result, we are pouring billions we don’t have into yet another foreign war that does not concern vital American interests.

Our southern border is wide open,  violent crime is beginning to skyrocket, and the Supreme Court as an institution has been seriously,  perhaps irreparably harmed by the leak of an unpublished decision overturning Roe v. Wade, a leak that has forced Justice Alito and his family to go into hiding, and that brought another would be assassin some 3,000 miles to try to murder Justice Kavanaugh.

Against this dire background, do the Democrats really intend to spend weeks hyping the minutiae of January 6, 2021?

Apparently so.  After all, what else could they talk about,  since every item of substance that might be talked about instead points back to their comprehensive,  unprecedented, and catastrophic failure?

  • The Democrats better have not lost the contact information for the all the mules they used to help them steal the 2020 election. The ones who have since overdosed on heroin will have to be replaced. They also should just tell the counters now in Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Phoenix and Las Vegas to plan to call it a night at about 10:00 on election day and wait for the “late arriving” ballots to be delivered at 4:00 AM. There is no way the Democrats will avoid a route if this in even close to being an honest election. Harping on January 6 is not going to do the trick for them. Expect them to pull out all the stops again. May they fail in their attempt this time.
