Crime Data, 2019, Released. What They Show

The FBI has released crime data for 2019.

While blacks are 13.4 percent of the population, they are 55.9 percent of known murderers. Blacks were 8.2 times per capita as likely as a nonblack to have been a known murderer in 2019.

Between 1980 and 2008, blacks were 52.5 percent of known murder offenders.

For all violent crime, blacks were 36.4 percent of total arrests.

Lest you suffer from the delusion that the wanton violence in American cities seeks to end “racial injustice” or “police brutality,” look at the riots in Wauwatosa, Wis.

BLM rioters smashed windows in homes and businesses because the Milwaukee County District Attorney decided not to prosecute Joseph Mensah, a black officer who shot a suspect after he pointed and fired a stolen gun at Mensah and fellow officers.

Maybe crime data, not “systemic racism,” explain why blacks get in more trouble with the law than whites, Asians, and Hispanics.
